" Animals in Need Can't Speak For Themselves " Rights are associated with morality and ethics, which contains ideas that seem obvious to most of us, including the fact that human beings deserve ethical treatment, and solids do not.But how should we treat living creatures other than humans?  It is easy to agree that a sense of worth can be seen in the ability to sense and speak. But some creatures are not blessed with the ability to speak, and yet they sense pain, pleasure, boredom, frustration, joy and fear. Even biological researches that have been conducted in this area came to the conclusion that all vertebrates, mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish and other beings, are able to sense Pain.

As humans, we have a responsibility not to cause cruelty to animals. Their rights is not rocket science , its a logical consequence of moral values and common sense.
